Look: a one-finger drag turns the heading (sideways) and tilts (up/down) instead of panning; the camera still orbits its focus point. Panning moves to a two-finger drag; pinch and two-finger rotation are unchanged.
First person: a one-finger drag turns the view about the camera, whose position never changes; a two-finger drag moves forward/back and strafes. Pinch and two-finger rotation are off. setTilt and setMapRotation also turn the view in place, so an orientation-driven camera matches the drag.
Off: the standard map gestures. A one-finger drag pans the map.
